CAD Trainer/Support Specialist

This challenging positon has a dual-focus; training and support of customers, and in-house support.

Challenging position with focus on training and support of customers. Software focus on Pointcarre design software, plus Photoshop and Illustrator. Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in textile prints, wovens, knits, Macintosh and Windows. Significant travel possible.



Systems Engineer

PC & Macintosh specialist to provide phone and on-site technical support, and configure, test and install high-end CAD systems. Also provide internal system administration, including server maintenance, data backup, database management, and networking. Knowledge of Mac and Windows OS and hardware a must. Knowledge of graphics software, WinNT, printers, and scanners a plus. Initiative, cordiality and patience are key qualities for success in this position.
