Monarch Design Systems and Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science Form Educational Alliance

Glendale, NY - Monarch Design Systems and Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science have formed a comprehensive partnership to incorporate Monarch’s software in classes for fabric and fashion CAD/CAM. Monarch Design Systems’ MKS knitting software and Pointcarre software are presently used in the Philadelphia College undergrad curriculum. school, which was well attended by both faculty and students, and included:

  • a live demonstration of Monarch ‘s high-end software offerings for prints, knits, design, wovens and embroidery
  • highlights of Monarch’s technical knit solutions
  • an announcement by Monarch that it will offer student internships based around its knit and woven software
